Lillian Bususu

Lillian Bususu currently works for a JSE-listed company within the Private Education and Resourcing industry.  An education innovator with vast experience in driving strategy within higher education and career services, her sterling work has earned her some prestigious recognition. In 2015 she was bestowed with the Youth Employment Award (Champions Category) by the South African Council for Graduates Co-operative.  The Graduate Employability Programme she conceptualized and executed was also rated highly and received global recognition from the World Bank (IFC).  Lillian also serves on the Presidential Youth Working Committee and is passionate about Leadership training and coaching. Holding a Post Grad Diploma in Leadership and a Masters in Management Coaching from the University of Stellenbosch, Lillian is also a Leadership Coach and a Transformational Speaker who founded the Global Woman Impact organization that helps women to amplify their leadership roles by becoming strategically driven leaders. She is also the President of Women in Coaching, an organization that develops Women Speakers and Life/Business Coaches across Africa.

She serves as a Council Member and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Springfield Research University.

Lillian lives by the following philosophy by Nelson Mandela, “What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.”
