Mr Farai Matanhire has been in Skills Development space since 2016 as a freelance Assessor/ facilitator. He worked for Marsillo Training and Consulting as Operations Manager. In the role of operations manager, he is well versed with the Seta systems and processes.
He has more than twenty years’ experience in business Management earned in Banking, manufacturing, wholesale and Retail environments. He trained as assessor in 2016 and began to be involved in freelance work in the skills development space. He has successfully implemented several learnerships under various Setas.
